Meeting Notes (ish) from last Sunday

Okay so I took truly TERRIBLE notes. Here are the things I think/thought were most important.

-Car Paint: not conducive to throwing, a bit toxic, hard to get out of stuff, but it is cheap! --> need to find a solution for the practice events at North/South
-Driving: RK's intern can do the last week, Pinkie should talk to Claire about coming for a week
-Press: RK has it under control...will be starting up soon and will probably need help calling people; we are going to use our connections to VIPs if we do well
-Marketing: work on stuff for practice events
-BBQs: should be directed at teens, should take place at night or on weekends so people can come, see Katie's write-up to give to possible hosts
-we want to have some sort of event we could pull off without host people that would get a similar audience (youth)
-video is THE most effective way for people to follow us, but we have to make them fun to watch and be consistent with the day and time we send them out each week
